First-Line Leadership:

This programme is suitable for first-line team leaders, supervisors and managers. Participants are drawn from all industries and organisations.

TopLine Leadership:

An excellent programme, designed for senior supervisors, superintendents, middle managers and people aspiring to those positions. Participants are drawn from all kinds of industries and organisations. The purpose is to provide a broad-spectrum exposure to management skills that are directly applicable in the workplace. It covers a much broader range than that indicated by the Unit Standards.

TopLine Leadership has a range of small-group exercises in which participants are exposed to a variety of different situations that have to be solved and managed. In addition, a management simulation exercise draws out and encourages leadership potential in a team-building environment. The exercises enable participants to have a great deal of practical experience relevant to their jobs in a short space of time.
